Commissioner Michelle Kligman of Surfside in Miami Beach, who has worked in community outreach in South Florida for over 10 years, attended the fundraiser launcher on October 6th and voiced her concerns about the growing need for specialized educational healthcare programs and the importance of raising awareness in our community leaders to promote laws that provide funding for these programs.

Commissioner Onelia Fajardo-Garcia was recognized at Sabor Latino for Autism for her advocacy in helping community organizations build alliances and work together to improve healthcare services. She has been a major supporter of American Health Foundation’s cause as a member of Governor Scott’s Florida Commission for Human Relations.
